Returns must be done 30 days from the date on the “Sales Receipt”. Items received after 30 days will be returned to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing a refund you will be refunded the full price of the merchandise being returned. The original shipping charge is not refundable. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, and be bagged. Items that are not returned as stated above will be charged a 15% restock fee, or possibly returned to you at your expense. This is necessary for us to maintain quality. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please call us immediately at 937-296-0347 between the hours of 11:00AM & 7:00PM EST.
